In this era of technology where each and every work is technically handled, I don’t understand why the companies lag behind not using the technology to define the various strategies to market their brands. One of which I found prominent & used by many companies to increase the awareness of their brands is Viral Marketing .

Other thing which is gaining the highest attraction by the companies is to use the various social media websites to spread the word of mouth about their brands. The pace with which the various social media sites are used by people for their networking, it has allured various marketers to use them for replicating publicity of their company’s brand or products.

Viral marketing intend to find a number of recipients through which it can spread the word to increase the awareness of brands by multiplying thousands of times like a virus and for this the best strategy is to use various social media websites, where a company can find millions of website users to achieve their marketing objectives.

The companies can achieve their marketing goals by writing blogs, use of videos, text messages etc on these sites relating to the various qualitative features they are offering on their products. As their are number of social websites users, they will come through these blogs, messages, videos and will discuss about the products and their features with their family/friends/peers and the chain will go on & on, resulting in replication of what the company wants i.e. brands awareness.
